A founding partner, Keith started a solo practice renting a single room from another law firm in Novi, Michigan. The firm started without a single client and had one key point of focus. Hard work and the resolve to know that success is most commonly achieved through drive and an unyielding desire to win. Over the next 6 years the client base expanded and the work became more complex. His vision and drive to pursue his passion serving the community with a different approach to client legal matters and the commitment to deliver a strategy for each client that is unique, results-oriented and cost-effective paid off. It is this groundwork that lays the foundation for our current partnership Kecskes, Gadd and Parker, PC.
It was in 2004 the firm approached Lawrence Gadd, a highly respected commercial litigator from a highly respected Bloomfield Hills practice about becoming a partner. Mr. Gadd accepted the offer and brought his unique abilities to clarify complex factual and legal issues to our firm. The firm continued its growth and scope of services to a wide array of litigation clients.
Today, partners Keith Kecskes, Lawrence Gadd and Penny Parker form a highly dynamic and complementary team with unmatched integrity, delivering results and peace of mind through exceptional legal services and a compassionate approach to our clients’ issues. We pride ourselves on communication and the development of long-lasting relationships.
KGP Law provides over 10 banks with both transactional and litigation services. Kecskes is certified to document loans for the Small Business Administration, a certification shared by only a few law firms in the State of Michigan. KGP Law provides a broad spectrum of legal services to corporate, banking, and individual clients. It has managed to maintain its commitment to excellence and instills in all of its lawyers the ethos that preparation defeats apprehension and allows one to have greater control of legal outcomes.
The firm has been a success story throughout Michigan’s turbulent economic times. Clients have continued to secure services and the firm has expanded at a time when many law firms have shrunk. Service and commitment to obtaining quality results has been the hallmark of the firm’s growth over the last 10 years.
